This Privacy Policy explains how FLUXXIO LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, shares and protects information when you use our website and mobile applications (together, the “Apps”). It also explains the choices and rights you have. By using the Apps, you acknowledge the practices described in this policy.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide: such as your name and email address when you contact support, sign up for updates, or create an account in an App (where available).
Content you create: information you enter into an App while using its features. Where possible, this is stored only on your device.
Usage and device data: information like device model, operating system version, language, app version, crash reports, performance data and app interactions, used to keep the Apps working and improve them.
Purchase data: in‑app purchases are processed by Apple or Google. We receive confirmation of a purchase (such as the product and transaction status) but do not receive or store your payment card details.
Permissions‑based data: if you grant an App access to features like your camera, photos, location or notifications, the App uses that access only to provide the related feature. You can change permissions at any time in your device settings.
Website data: our website does not use advertising cookies. Our hosting provider may process basic technical information such as IP address and browser type to deliver and secure the site.

We do not use your information to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on you based solely on automated processing.

3. Legal bases for processing (EEA/UK users)

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process personal data on the following legal bases: to perform our contract with you (providing the Apps), our legitimate interests (such as improving and securing the Apps), your consent (for example for optional analytics or advertising, where used), and compliance with legal obligations. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.

4. Third‑party services

Our Apps may use third‑party services (for example app store platforms, cloud hosting, analytics, crash reporting or advertising providers) that collect information under their own privacy policies. Where an App uses such services, they will be described in that App's store listing privacy details. Where required by law or platform rules (such as Apple's App Tracking Transparency), we will ask for your consent before such data is collected.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross‑context behavioral advertising without your consent. We only share information:

With service providers who help us operate the Apps, under contracts that require them to protect your information
When required by law, regulation, legal process or a valid government request
To protect the rights, safety and property of our users, FLUXXIO LLC or others
In connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case we will notify you as required by law
With your consent or at your direction

6. International data transfers

FLUXXIO LLC is based in the United States, and our service providers may process information in other countries. When we transfer personal data from the EEA, UK or other regions with data transfer restrictions, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. Data retention & deletion

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described above, or as required by law. Support emails are kept for as long as necessary to resolve your request and maintain records. You can request access to or deletion of your data at any time by emailing contact@fluxxio.com. Where an App offers an account, you can also delete it from within the App.

8. Children's privacy

Our Apps are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encrypted connections, access controls and secure development practices. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example the EU/UK under GDPR or California under CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you and receive a copy
Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
Delete your data
Restrict or object to certain processing
Data portability
Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

11. California residents

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what categories of personal information we collect, use and disclose; to request deletion and correction; and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information and have not done so in the past 12 months.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. If changes are significant, we will provide additional notice, for example in the App.
